We tailor our service and the price we charge depending on what you want us to do, and how much you may wish to do for yourself (e.g. your own viewings, photos, descriptions etc), or you may choose from our 3-Tier Service. Our prices start at just 0.5% (+vat). Whatever your choice, we ensure that your property has maximum web exposure, local advertising and promotion through our network of retailers and agents.

An open house can be a last resort but Home Open is an inspiring start!

At our top rate of 1.5% we start marketing your property with a big bang! Our exclusive Home Open events (run by us personally) cut down the inconvenience of a trickle of viewers over a long period of time. At this rate, we also accompany all other viewings.

Specialising by area and Eliminating unnecessary costs

Unlike most nationwide property web companies we specialise in one local area at a time. Our caring team has excellent knowledge of the area and wide experience in local valuations.

Unlike most traditional estate agents, we don’t waste money on manning expensive town centre retail premises. You’re welcome to visit our office by appointment, or we’re happy to come and see you.
