CONTACT US - Personally!
We believe in speaking to you personally, whether on the telephone or by visiting you.
We like to make it easy for you to contact us by phone or by e-mail. We know you’ll want a quick and clear response so we’ll do our best to make that happen. We have no 0870 or 0845 numbers that keep you hanging on, and may charge you for the privilege of doing so! We have no ACD’s (automatic call distributors with multiple “press 1,2 or 3” choices) or call centres in remote parts of the world.
We just have normal UK local geographical numbers (that for many callers are free) and should you get our answer phone or if you send us an e-mail we promise to respond promptly.
We are not like “salesmen in suits with cameras” and may appear more informal than our competitors, but we pride ourselves in offering a professional service, assessing what service you actually need, keeping up personal contact throughout the sale process of your home, and also of course keeping in touch with your viewers and purchasers. |
